Abstract
Okolišni uvjeti utječu na sve životne procese gujavica, uključujući njihov rast i razvoj.. Trajanje pojedinih faza životnog ciklusa, kao i vrijedosti optimalnih životnih uvjeta različite su kod različitih vrsta gujavica. Aporrectodea dubiosa je vrsta koja nastanjuje vlažna i povremeno poplavljena staništa umjerenih područja. Cilj ovoga istraživanja bio je proučiti promjene u trajanju pojedinih faza životnog ciklusa ove vrste pri promjeni temperature i vlažnosti tla te proširiti i upotpuniti postojeća znanja o njezinoj biologiji i ekologiji.
Abstract (english)
Environmental conditions have a significant influence on life processes of earthworms, and eventually the growth and development of these organisms. Being familiar with biology and life cycle of earthworms greatly facilitates the management of ventures involving the activity of these animals in various areas, including agriculture and science. Aporrectodea dubiosa lives in flooded areas of temperate regions. The aim of this study is to investigate the life cycle traits of this species under the influence of different temperatures and soil moisture as well as expand the existing knowledge on its biology and ecology.
