Abstract
Današnja intenzivna poljoprivreda rezultirala je sve većom uporabom pesticida koji nose određen rizik za okoliš. Stoga je predmet istraživanja u ovome radu odrediti toksičnost komercijalnih pripravaka herbicida na gujavice. Zbog njihove ekološke važnosti, gujavice su korištene kao indikatori za procjenu potencijalnog utjecaja kemikalija na organizme tla. U ovome radu istražen je utjecaj herbicida (dikvat, tembotrion, glifosat i nikosulfuron) na ekspresiju tri molekularna biomarkera (acetilkolinesteraze (AChE), glutation-S-transferaze (GST) i katalaze (CAT)), utjecaj na reprodukciju kod vrste Dendrobaena veneta (Rosa, 1886).
Abstract (english)
Today's intensive agriculture has resulted in increasing use of pesticides that carry a certain environmental risk. Therefore, the subject of this study is to determine the toxicity of commercial herbicidal preparations. Due to their ecological significance, earthworms have been used as indicators for assessing the potential impacts of chemicals on soil organisms. This study investigated the effects of herbicides (diquat, tembotrione, glyphosate and nicosulfuron) on the expression of three molecular biomarkers (acetylcholinesterase (AChE), glutathione-S-transferase (GST) and catalase (CAT)) and their effect on the reproduction of earthworm species Dendrobaena veneta (Rosa 1886).
