Abstract
Istraživanje kvalitativnog i kvantitavnog sastava zajednice ličinki trzalaca (Diptera, Chironomidae) u Gojačkoj Dobri provedeno je u periodu od 2007. do 2016. godine. Uzorkovanje je provedeno na postaji nizvodno od brane hidroelektrane Lešće na mikrostaništima s mahovinom, prije i poslije početka rada hidroelektrane u lipnju 2010. g. Tijekom istraživanja utvrđene su promjene u strukturi i gustoći zajednice trzalaca. NMDS i PERMANOVA (pseudo-f = 6.4778, p = 0.001) analize pokazale su statistički značajnu razliku u gustoći jedinki unutar zajednice prije i poslije izgradnje brane, a IndVal analiza pokazala je da su svojte Nilotanypus dubius i Tanytarsus sp. značajne za strukturu zajednice u razdoblju prije 2010. godine, te Cricotopus triannulatus agg. i Orthocladius (Orthocladius) sp. za razdoblje nakon 2010. godine. Ukupno, C. triannulatus agg. (Orthocladiinae) je imao najveću gustoću. Brojnost ličinki pokazala je najveću pozitivnu korelaciju s koncentracijom kisika u vodi, temperaturom vode i pH.
Abstract (english)
The research of the qualitative and quantitative community structure of the non biting midge (Diptera, Chironomidae) was conducted in the period from 2007 to 2016. The sampling was carried out on area with large stones covered with moss, downstream the hydroelectric power plant Lešće, before and after it was put in operation in June 2010. During the research changes in Chironomidae community structure and density were determined. NMDS and PERMANOVA (pseudo-f = 6.4778, p = 0.001) analyses have shown statistically significant differences in community structure before and after the dam was completed, IndVal analysis has shown that the Nilotanypus dubius and Tanytarsus sp. taxa were the significant representatives in the community in the period before 2010, and that the Cricotopus triannulatus agg. i Orthocladius (Orthocladius) sp. taxa prevailed in the the period after 2010. In total C. triannulatus agg. (Orthocladiinae) had the greatest density. The abundance of larvae had the greatest positive correlation with the oxygen concentration in water, the temperature of water and pH.
