Abstract
U radu opisana su tri osnovna tipa ishrane kojim se alge i cijanobakterije prehranjuju, a to su autotrofija, heterotrofija i miksotrofija. Najznačajniji i najrašireniji od njih je autotrofija, odnosno fotoautotrofija, kojim alge same sebi stvaraju hranu iz anorganskog ugljika. Nadalje, heterotrofnom prehranom alge koriste gotove organske spojeve iz okoliša. Postoji više puteva uzimanja tih organskih spojeva, a najznačajniji spojevi koji se unose su razni ugljikovi i dušikovi spojevi poput glukoze i amonijaka. Miksotrofija je tip ishrane koji predstavlja kombinaciju heterotrofije i autotrofije. Alge s ovim tipom prehrane mogu koristiti i anorganske izvore ugljika kao i organske spojeve iz okoliša. Cilj ovog rada je pobliže objasniti ove tipove ishrane, te prikazati kompleksnost prehrane raznih skupina algi.
Abstract (english)
This bachelor thesis describes three fundamental types of diet in algae and cyanobacteria and those are autotrophic, heterotrophic and mixotrophic diet. The most significant and widespread one is autotrophic or photoautotrophic in which algae are producing food from anorganic carbon. Furthermore, with heterotrophic diet, algae are using organic compounds from environment. There are several ways of using these organic compounds and the most important ones are carbon and nitrogen compounds like glucose and ammonia. Mixotrophic diet is a combination of heterotrophic and autotrophic diet. Algae with this type of diet can use both anorganic carbon sources as well as organic compounds from the environment. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to thoroughly explain these types of diet and to show the complexity of the diet in various groups of algae.
