Abstract
Izloženost listova Sunčevoj svjetlosti ima snažan utjecaj na njihovu anatomsku strukturu. Cilj ovog rada bio je istražiti anatomsku građu listova koji su izravno izloženi svjetlosti (listovi svjetla) i listova koji su pod utjecajem neizravne svjetlosti (listovi sjene). U tu su svrhu prikupljeni listovi domaće oskoruše (Sorbus domestica L.) i to na četiri različita lokaliteta. Domaća oskoruša je izuzetno vrijedna biljka koja ima jestive plodove i uzgaja se kao dekorativna vrsta u hortikulturi. Na prirodnim staništima gdje je obično izložena jakom intenzitetu svjetlosti pojavljuje se kao solitarno stablo. Istraživanjem su utvrđene razlike u anatomskoj građi listova svjetla i sjene kako na pojedinom stablu tako i između istraživanih lokaliteta. Navedeno ukazuje da su promjene u anatomskoj građi listova jedan od načina koji omogućuje stablima oskoruše prilagođavanje i opstanak u različitim stanišnim uvjetima.
Abstract (english)
Exposure to sunlight has a strong influence on anatomical structure of leaves. The aim of this work was to investigate the anatomical structure of leaves that were directly exposed to light (sun leaves) and leaves that were under the influence of indirect light (shade leaves). Plant material was collected from service tree (Sorbus domestica L.) on four different locations. Service tree is extremely valuable plant that has edible fruits and is cultivated as decorative species in horticulture. In natural habitats, where it is usually exposed to strong light intensity, it appears as a solitary tree. The results of research indicate that there are differences in sun and shade leaves, both on individual trees and between trees on different locations. This indicates that changes in the anatomical structure of the leaves are one of the many ways that enable service tree to adapt and survive in different habitat conditions.
