Abstract
U ovom istraživanju mala vodena leća (Lemna minor L.) tretirana je s 1, 5, 7 i 10 mg/L BPA u standardnom testu toksičnosti. Eksperimenti su ponovljeni s istim koncentracijama analoga BPA, BPS i BPF te su uspoređeni njihovi utjecaji na rast vodene leće. Tretman L. minor s BPA, BPF i BPS trajao je 7 dana i pokazao se toksičan za biljku što se očituje u promjenama u prirastu broja biljaka, akumulaciji svježe mase, koncentraciji fotosintetskih pigmenata. Najmanju toksičnost od svih bisfenola pokazao je BPF
Abstract (english)
In this study, duckweed (Lemna minor L.) was treated with BPA and its analogues BPS and BPF in nutrient solution at the following concentrations: 1 mg/L, 5 mg/L, 7 mg/L and 10 mg/L. The treatment of L. minor with BPA, BPF and BPS lasted for 7 days and proved to be toxic for the plant, which is reflected in changes in the increase in the number of plants, the accumulation of fresh mass, and the concentration of photosynthetic pigments. BPF showed the least toxicity of all bisphenols. The small duckweed model organism is therefore often used in standard toxicity tests.
