Abstract
Monitoring Natura 2000 vrste dvoprugasti kozak Graphoderus bilineatus proveo se na vodenim staništima Parka prirode Kopački rit. Istraživanje je trajalo četiri mjeseca, od svibnja do kraja kolovoza. Istraživane postaje nalazile su se na poplavnim područjima i kanali. Tijekom istraživanja vrste Graphoderus bilineatus uzorkovale su se i druge vrste vodenih kornjaša (Coleoptera). Vrsta Graphoderus bilineatus uzorkovana je na svim postajama, no najveći broj uzorkovan je na poplavljenom području. Ukupno je uzorkovano 28 jedinki, od čega je čak 25 jedinki uzorkovano metodom klopke s atraktantom, a samo 3 jedinke metodom poteza mrežom. Kao atraktant se koristila konzervirana tunjevina, s najveća brojnost vrste Graphoderus bilineatus bila je sredinom srpnja.
Abstract (english)
Monitoring of Natura 2000 species Graphoderus bilineatus took place in Kopački rit Nature Park. The research lasted four months, from May to the end of August. The investigated stations were located in floodplains and canals. During the study of Graphoderus bilineatus other species of aquatic beetles (Coleoptera) were also sampled. Graphoderus bilineatus was sampled at all stations, but the largest number was sampled in flooded area. A total of 28 individuals were sampled, of which 25 individuals were sampled by trap method with attractant and only 3 individuals were sampled by hand net. Canned tuna was used as an attractant and the highest numeber of sampled species Graphoderus bilineatus happened mid- July.
