Abstract
Mikrobni električni članak (MFC) je uređaj, koji uz pomoć djelovanja bakterija (katalitičkim reakcijama bakterija u anaerobnim uvjetima), pretvara kemijsku energiju organskih tvari u električnu. Pokrenut je različitim biorazgradivim supstratima koji služe kao gorivo. U ovom radu opisan je mikrobni električni članak te njegovo funkcioniranje i primjena.
Abstract (english)
Microbial fuel cell (MFC) is a device that, through the action of bacteria (catalytic reactions of bacteria under anaerobic conditions), transforms the chemical energy of organic substances into electrical. It is started with various biodegradable substrates that serve as fuel. In this paper, a microbial electrical cell is described and its functioning and application.
