Abstract
Mungo grah (Vigna radiata (L.) R. Wilczek) je mahunarka karakteristična za suptropska područja te može tolerirati visoke temperature. Folijarna prihrana gnojivima koje sadrže aminokiseline utječu na procese fotosinteze i pomažu u oporavku biljke nakon izlaganja stresnim uvjetima. Cilj ovog istraživanja bio je utvrditi utjecaj folijarne prihrane komercijalnim tekućim gnojivom (Amiksol) na fotosintetsku učinkovitost klijanaca mungo graha uzgojenog na različitim intenzitetima svjetlosti te nakon izlaganja temperaturnom stresu. Rezultati su pokazali da temperaturni stres nije doveo do smanjenja fotosintetske učinkovitosti bez obzira na način uzgoja. Tretman tekućim gnojivom Amiksolom doveo je do povećanja omjera uhvaćene u odnosu na otpuštenu energiju što je utjecalo na porast indeksa fotosintetske učinkovitosti u uvjetima uzgoja pri niskom intenzitetu svjetlosti uslijed.
Abstract (english)
Mungo beans (Vigna radiata (L.) R. Wilczek) is a legume characteristic for subtropical areas and can tolerate high temperatures. Foliar fertilizers containing amino acids can affects the photosynthetic processes and helps in recovery of the plant after exposure to stress. The aim of this study was to determine the influence of foliar fertilization with commercial liquid fertilizer (Amiksol) on photosynthetic efficiency of mung beans seedlings grown on different light intensities and after exposure to temperature stress. The results showed that temperature stress did not influenced the decrease of photosynthetic efficiency, regardless of the growth conditions. The seedlings grown at low light intensity showed that treatment with liquid fertilizer Amiksol increased the ratio of trapped and dissipated energy what led to the increase of overall photosynthetic performance index.
